Personal/ Admin Assistant At Summit Recruitment and Search – APPLY NOW

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and responding to emails
  • Provide administrative support to the director and management including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including making reservations and arranging logistics.
  • Driving, picking and dropping off Directors and other errands. Top of Form
  • Any other duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant.
  • Must have minimum 1-year sales experience.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Must be a self driven and an ambitious person.
