- Time Management: Effective time management skills to meet sales targets and adhere to delivery schedules.
- Driving Skills: Safe driving skills and adherence to traffic regulations, ensuring the safety of both the salesperson and the cargo.
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills for documenting sales transactions and reporting to supervisors.
- Inventory Management: Basic inventory management skills to track product availability and report restocking needs.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or complaints effectively.
- Adaptability: Adaptability to changing market conditions, customer preferences, and unexpected challenges in the field.
- Team Player: Collaboration skills to work with colleagues, supervisors, and other team members to achieve sales goals.
