Job Education
- Bachelor’s degree or a diploma in business or a related field. At least 2 years prior sales experience, in a similar role or industry.
Job Must Have
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is a mandatory requirement.

- Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the company’s products or goods to effectively promote and sell them.
- Route Planning: Proficiency in route planning and optimization to ensure efficient van sales operations.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, interact directly with customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Time Management: Effective time management skills to meet sales targets and adhere to delivery schedules.
- Driving Skills: Safe driving skills and adherence to traffic regulations, ensuring the safety of both the salesperson and the cargo.
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills for documenting sales transactions and reporting to supervisors.
- Inventory Management: Basic inventory management skills to track product availability and report restocking needs.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or complaints effectively.
- Adaptability: Adaptability to changing market conditions, customer preferences, and unexpected challenges in the field.
- Team Player: Collaboration skills to work with colleagues, supervisors, and other team members to achieve sales goals.
