Xaji Gate Service Ltd is seeking a proactive and well-spoken Administrative & Call Support Assistant to join our Nairobi office at Westend Place, Mai Mahiu Road, Nairobi West. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, strong computer literacy, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication with clients
- Use Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Docs to manage and update files
- Support the admin team with scheduling, record keeping, and data entry
- Prepare simple reports and updates for management
- Maintain professionalism in communication and teamwork
Requirements:
- Good English accent and clear communication
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Workspace, MS Office)
- Reliable, organized, and willing to learn new systems
- Lives near Nairobi West or can easily commute to Mai Mahiu Road
- Diploma or certificate in Business, IT, or Communication preferred
