Job Education

• Bachelor’s degree or a diploma in business or a related field. At least 2 years prior sales experience, in a similar role or industry.

Job Must Have

• Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is a mandatory requirement.
• Sales Skills: Strong sales skills, including persuasive communication, negotiation, and the ability to close deals.
• Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the company’s products or goods to effectively promote and sell them.
• Route Planning: Proficiency in route planning and optimization to ensure efficient van sales operations.
• Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, interact directly with customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Time Management: Effective time management skills to meet sales targets and adhere to delivery schedules.
• Driving Skills: Safe driving skills and adherence to traffic regulations, ensuring the safety of both the salesperson and the cargo.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills for documenting sales transactions and reporting to supervisors.
• Inventory Management: Basic inventory management skills to track product availability and report restocking needs.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or complaints effectively.
• Adaptability: Adaptability to changing market conditions, customer preferences, and unexpected challenges in the field.
• Team Player: Collaboration skills to work with colleagues, supervisors, and other team members to achieve sales goals.
