Reception Assistant Job – (2 Posts) At PSCK

  • Qualification BA/BSc/HND

  • Job Field Administration / Secretarial 

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:-

  • Served for a minimum period of three (3) years at the position of Reception Assistant CSG 13  and above or in a comparable position in the Public Service;
  • A Certificate in Communications Studies, Mass Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Information Science, Media Studies, Corporate Communications, Social Sciences or any equivalent qualification from a university recognized in Kenya;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision; and
  • Good interpersonal skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing visitors access to the Authority’s premises;
  • Receiving, directing and ushering visitors;
  • Booking of meeting rooms;
  • Maintenance of reception area inventory.
