Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and responding to emails
- Provide administrative support to the director and management including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including making reservations and arranging logistics.
- Driving, picking and dropping off Directors and other errands. Top of Form
- Any other duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Must have minimum 1-year sales experience.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must have excellent organization and planning skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Must be a self driven and an ambitious person.
