Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and databases.
- Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and service providers.
- Assist in project coordination and follow-ups.
Personal Assistance
- Plan and arrange travel, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Manage personal errands such as bill payments, appointments, and event planning.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with household or family-related tasks as needed.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Draft, proofread, and send out professional emails and documents.
- Organize and coordinate company and personal events.
