Administrative & Personal Assistant Job At Torque Real Estate Management Limited

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Maintain and organize records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and service providers.
  • Assist in project coordination and follow-ups.

Personal Assistance

  • Plan and arrange travel, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Manage personal errands such as bill payments, appointments, and event planning.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist with household or family-related tasks as needed.

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Draft, proofread, and send out professional emails and documents.
  • Organize and coordinate company and personal events.
