We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing Section.
Responsibilities
- Create, publish and manage content across all company’s social media platform such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Capture engaging visual content for events, campaigns, and social media use.
- Manage and optimize the company’s Google My Business and Google Merchant Center profiles.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and industry trends.
- Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns such as newsletters, promotions, and announcements.
- Maintain a dynamic media contact list and conduct proactive media outreach to gain coverage.
- Build relationships with journalists, bloggers, and industry influencers.
- Monitor, manage, and respond to online reviews and public feedback.
- Propose and execute community involvement initiatives to boost brand visibility and goodwill.
- Manage and maintain existing customer relations through thoughtful communication and regular follow-up.
- Prepare monthly analytics reports detailing performance insights (engagement, traffic, lead generation) and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Digital Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in social media management, SEO & analytics, email marketing and google platforms.
