Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with selling Badili.Africa refurbished smartphones.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Customer support and sales skills
• Experience in conducting training sessions
• Experience in telesales or call center environment
• High school diploma or equivalent, but a bachelor’s degree is preferred

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the candidate are proficiency in Swahili and/or another Kenyan language, familiarity with the mobile phone market in Kenya, and experience working in the retail or sales industry
