Social Media Manager Job – Real Estate

Summary:

Are you a creative Social Media Manager with strong video production skills? Then we are looking for you. Our client in a real estate company is seeking to hire an out of the box thinker to execute their social media strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance their online presence, engage with their target audience. You will play a crucial role in showcasing their property listings, building brand awareness, through well produced videos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the real estate industry.
    • Create content calendars and posting schedules for various social media platforms.
  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Generate high-quality, engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, to promote property listings, company services, and brand values.
    • Collaborate with graphic designers and photographers as needed to produce compelling visual content.
  • Platform Management:
    • Manage and maintain all company social media profiles, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
    • Optimize profiles for search engines and user engagement.
  • Audience Engagement:
    • Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and build meaningful relationships with the online community.
    • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, conversations, and opportunities for engagement.
  • Paid Advertising:
    • Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to target specific demographics, promote listings, and generate leads.
    • Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies, and optimize ad spend to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze key performance metrics and produce regular reports on the effectiveness of social media efforts.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Brand Reputation Management:
    • Monitor online reviews and manage the company’s online reputation, addressing both positive and negative feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team, sales team, and external partners to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
  • Experience with social media advertising and budget management.
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and visual content.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
