Our client, a personal care and fashion business in Nairobi and Syokimau seeks to hire a vibrant and customer centric individual as a Shop Attendant in Syokimau.
Key Responsibilities
- Merchandising the shop
- Sell and Promote products to customers
- Assisting the customers while shopping
- Order stock, and price and shelve incoming goods
- Maintain customer records and follow up occasionally
- Ensure products are merchandised and displays are attractive, priced correctly in a manner to attract sales
- Adapt quickly to the environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma in Business Management
- KCSE certificate scoring C.
- At least 1 year work experience
- Good Communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and to a tight schedule.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Excellent customer facing skills.
- Well Groomed
- Adapt quickly to the environment.
