Our client dealing in the branding industry providing solutions to a wide portfolio of customers ranging from multinationals, government, NGOs, banks, health institutions, telcos, insurance companies, manufacturers, and retailers is looking to hire self-driven and ambitious Sales Executives. This role will mainly focus on building new relationships and managing existing accounts. Please see the job description below for more details.

Duties and responsibilities
- Developing new and existing business within our branding and textile verticals
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase our services’ value proposition and benefits to potential clients.
- Establishing new business opportunities
- Building and managing a consistent sales pipeline
- Prospecting customers through industry events such as trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
- Skillfully negotiate terms and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, opportunities, and follow-up activities using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging branding practices to provide informed recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and project management to ensure seamless delivery of branding solutions and excellent client experiences.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to the management team.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives and tailoring comprehensive branding solutions that align with their goals.
- Managing client accounts to maximize both customer and company value Performing other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 6 years of sales experience in a top-tier company.
- Industry knowledge and experience in the branding and promo world
- Business to Business(B2B) sales experience is highly desirable
- High emotional intelligence
- Strong analytical skills backed by sound Excel fundamentals
- Relevant experience working in a fast-paced and high-growth company
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing client needs.
- Valid driving license
