Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a seamless process.
- Manage reservations and assist guests with any inquiries or special reques
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries promptly.
- Provide accurate information about the hotel’s facilities and services to guests.
- Maintain and update guest records and reservation information.
- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in the coordination of special events or requests.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating and exceeding their needs.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Qualification
- Must at least 2 years of experience as a receptionist in the hospitality sector.
- Proven experience with hotel management systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
