Key Responsibilities:
- Answer client calls and respond to emails
- Manage online bookings and e-commerce inquiries
- Use business software to track and resolve issues
- Provide product/service support and escalate when needed
What We are Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English, Swahili or French
- Experience in customer care, hospitality, or sales & marketing
- Comfortable using digital tools and working in a fast-paced environment
