Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Advisor Insurance at Britam located in Kitengela. The Financial Advisor Insurance will be responsible for providing financial advisory services to clients, analyzing their insurance needs, recommending suitable insurance products, and assisting with claims processing. The role will also involve building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and staying updated on industry trends and regulations.
Qualifications

• Insurance and Finance knowledge
• Minimum of C- in KCSE
• Minimum age 25 years
• Experience in consulting or financial advisory roles
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and understand complex financial information
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Certificate of proficiency certificate is an added advantage
