Your Role
- Supports execution of workshops and user trainings for a sustainable maintenance of know how
- Monitors master data quality and consistency and coordinates required adaptations with the responsible functions
- Documents planning principles, guidelines and user manuals
- Supports development of reports linked to Planning and Inventory Management
- Conducts adhoc analyses in Inventory Management and portfolio management
- Participates in integration testing and in end user testing
- Organise and leads the local S&OP process, including Demand Review, Supply Review & Executive S&OP meetings on a monthly basis.
- Prepares the final demand plan.
- Proposes and executes measures to improve the quality of the demand plan.
- Establish local communication procedures to ensure relevant information regarding Demand within the organization.
- Analyse current Demand patterns and propose improvements in terms of quality and service.
- Propose Demand parameters with Supply planning and logistics, to ensure the agreed Inventory levels are achieved.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing/Procurement, Economics, Finance
- 3-5 years’ experience in Supply and Demand Planning
