Minimum Qualifications and Professional Experience:
- A Master’s Degree in your area of expertise.
- Professional certification is a significant advantage.
- Over 3 years of experience in a dynamic environment, preferably with a background in training, education, or presenting.
- A polished professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in a variety of training techniques and knowledge of adult learning styles.
