About the Role

  • The Commercial Manager at Lipa Later Group is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing customer experience, and vendor onboarding and management. They will oversee the Sales & Customer Service, Partner Success, and Marketing departments, aligning their efforts to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional value to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, support, and resources to optimize performance.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Define and implement customer service standards and processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and enhance service delivery.

Merchant Management:

  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with merchants, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the Partner Success team to ensure partner onboarding, training, and support initiatives are executed effectively.
  • Collaborate with partners to drive mutual growth and success, aligning business objectives and delivering value-added solutions.
  • Analyze partner performance metrics and identify opportunities to optimize partner relationships and revenue streams.

Marketing and Brand Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
  • Lead the marketing team in creating impactful marketing campaigns, content, and collateral to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and measure ROI across various channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing communications and touchpoints.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles within sales, customer service, and marketing functions.
  • 8+ years of experience in developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to envision and execute innovative solutions that drive business results.
