Job Education

• Degree/ diploma in Logistics or a related field. At least 2 years previous experience in a logistics or cargo handling role.

Job Must Have

• Physical Fitness: Physical strength and stamina as the job involves lifting and moving heavy cargo.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail for accurate documenting and labeling cargo.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills for interacting with team members, drivers, and other staff.
• Basic Math Skills: Proficiency in basic mathematics for tasks such as counting and measuring cargo.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety regulations and practices to ensure the safe handling and transportation of cargo.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Basic problem-solving abilities to address issues related to cargo handling or shipping discrepancies.
• Adaptability: Adaptability to handle changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Time Management: Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and schedules.
