Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee institutional operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with organizational goals and objectives.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to senior management and staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving organizational performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic guidance and support to senior management, with a focus on institutional development and planning.
