Nestrock Developers a leading and rapidly growing real estate firm specializing in land sales, is seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our ambitious team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads, maximize sales, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Identify potential buyers and build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Showcase and promote available land properties to prospective clients through effective presentations and property tours.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and materials.
- Negotiate and finalize land purchase agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to after-sales care.
Requirements
- Prior experience in real estate sales prefarably land is compulsory for this role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Familiarity with real estate market trends, regulations, and procedures.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
