Main Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate day-to-day activities of caregivers, ensuring a proper client-caregiver match.
- Perform payroll-related duties, including verifying time sheets and updating telephony records.
- Act as a liaison between associates and the Office Manager, handling referrals, inquiries, and on-call coordinator duties as needed.
- Support recruiting efforts by interviewing candidates, conducting orientations, and maintaining personnel records.
- Diploma is required.
