WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
- Enter customer information into MOGO IT system
- Organize outbound calls and customer’s emails. Generating new sales using potential and existing customer networks.
- Management and resolve customer complaints.
- Process customers documents, forms, and applications
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Research required information using available resources
- Any other duty assigned
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
- Fluent in English and Swahili.
