Responsibilities:

• Engage and convert leads into sales.
• Respond to all customer queries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Ensure delightful customer experiences from the initial contact through to after-sales service.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of continuous experience in the tours and travel industry
• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Tours and Travel or related field
• Extensive knowledge of local and international destinations
• Proven ability creating and costing custom itineraries and packages with zero errors
• Experience working with sales targets
• Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and service providers
• Strong customer service focus
• Attention to detail
