Job Summary
- Upon referral provides professional speech therapy services including evaluations, planning individual patient care programs and treatments. Demonstrates/uses current knowledge of principles and practices of Speech Therapy. Participates in job related departmental functions as an integral member of the patient care team.

- Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
- The salary range for this position is $53.20 – $71.79 (Hourly Rate).

Required Qualifications
- Newly licensed (LIC SLP), CFY-complete acceptable, unless a specific number of years required due to the needs of the department at the time of the appointment.
- Masters Degree (MA/MS) in Speech- Language Pathology (SLP) from a school accredited by the American Speech- Language & Hearing Association (AHSA).
- Completion of Clinical Practicum, per ASHA requirements. Passing score on National Examination for SLP.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in a related setting.
License/Certification
- SPEECH/LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (LIC SLP)
- BASIC LIFE SUPPORT-AHA(CT CPRBLS)
