We are looking for a creative & results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness and sales. You will create high-quality content, analyze performance metrics, and stay ahead of social media trends to effectively communicate our brand’s mission of promoting natural and organic skincare.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong content creation skills (graphics and short videos).
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, tictok etc).
- Strong understanding of organic and paid social media ads.
- Ability to track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics.
- Ability to craft engaging and persuasive storytelling content.
- Up-to-date with social media trends and algorithm changes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong engagement skills with online communities and customers.
- Ability to work closely with marketing, design, and product teams.
- Ability to work remotely or in-office as required.
