Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Social Media Management: Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the company’s social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct live sessions on TikTok and Facebook to engage with our audience.
- Write compelling copy for social media posts, ads, and promotional materials.
- Manage and optimize Google and Facebook ad campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Monitor, respond to, and manage conversations with followers to build a strong community.
- Proficiency in various image and video editing tools, such as Photoshop, Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Editor or similar role.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content.
- Experience with Google and Facebook ads management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and SEO principles.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong ability to work under pressure, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Market Research: Keep an eye on industry trends and competitor dynamics, and adjust operational strategies accordingly.
- Data Analysis: Regularly analyze the effectiveness of social media operations, write data reports, and adjust operational strategies based on data.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with video editing and graphic design tools.
- Knowledge of e-commerce and online retail industry trends.
