Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing, and presenting candidates to negotiating offers.
- Headhunting & Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage high-potential candidates using various methods, including direct headhunting, networking, and leveraging recruitment tools and platforms.
- Client Account Management: Build and manage strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, providing regular updates, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Market Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and the East African market landscape to provide informed guidance to clients and candidates.
- Commercial Strategy: Work closely with internal and client teams to develop recruitment strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team development by sharing best practices in executive search and recruitment.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics, analyze performance, and provide insights to optimize processes and enhance client value.

- Experience: Proven experience in executive recruitment, ideally within the East African market.
- Headhunting Skills: Strong skills in direct sourcing, headhunting, and networking to attract high-caliber executive talent.
- Leadership Experience: Ability to mentor, coach, and lead junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Account Management: Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management, with a focus on service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with clients and candidates.
- Commercial Strategy: Proficiency in developing recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and market needs.
