- The Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, acquiring, and maintaining commercial and / or residential clients, focus decided by HoD.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the waste management and recycling industry.
Customer Acquisition and Retention:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales target Generate leads, prospect new clients, and build a robust sales pipeline. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Client consultations and presentations:
- Conduct client meetings to understand their waste management needs and present tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and quotes to potential clients.
Contract Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with commercial and/or residential clients (focus decided by HoD), ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to finalizing contracts.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Track and report sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with other departments, such as logistics, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide guidance and support as needed.
Customer Support and Follow-up:
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.Conduct follow-up meetings and check-ins to ensure continued satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
