We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Software Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting our software solutions, and closing sales. This role suits individuals with a strong background in marketing or business, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for critical thinking. Recent graduates and candidates with up to two years of experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present, demonstrate, and promote software products to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate software solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and product developments.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any business-related course.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role (experience in software sales is a plus).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
