Job Purpose

  • The sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth based on set targets in alignment with the overall organization goals and targets.
  • Key activities include overall business planning for the allocated sector, identifying potential customer targets in the respective sectors in order to grow market share and brand presence.
  • Must be able to evaluate current sales performance including that of assigned team members (direct reports) and ensure sales thresholds are met and surpassed.

Academic:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

Professional:

  • Membership to any professional body
  • Extensive sales training attendance and completion

Desired work experience:

  • At least 5 years B2B sales experience in any sector
  • Able to demonstrate ability to manage sales teams for performance
  • Management experience an added advantage
