Job Purpose
- The sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth based on set targets in alignment with the overall organization goals and targets.
- Key activities include overall business planning for the allocated sector, identifying potential customer targets in the respective sectors in order to grow market share and brand presence.
- Must be able to evaluate current sales performance including that of assigned team members (direct reports) and ensure sales thresholds are met and surpassed.

- Membership to any professional body
- Extensive sales training attendance and completion
Desired work experience:
- At least 5 years B2B sales experience in any sector
