Requirement:

• Must have at least a Masters in Gender and Development, Community Development, Law or a related field.
• At least 10 years demonstrated experience in the relevant field
• Strong understanding of standards and best practices in safeguarding and gender mainstreaming.
• Experience working with development organizations or NGOs is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated skills on preparing quality reports and other knowledge products.
• Experience in and/or knowledge and understanding of Kenya context and safeguarding laws and regulations.
