The Opportunity

• Roche East Africa is looking for a highly motivated individual that can take up the role of People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner for our Pharmaceutical and Diagnostic Divisions.
• Our ambition is to make Roche the preferred healthcare company for the patients in East Africa by taking care and influencing the whole ecosystem that surrounds the patient.

• Translating the business and P&C vision and goals into projects and initiatives will be one of your main tasks. And you can do this in a self-empowered way by creating teams and squads using the available P&C network.
• You are expected to diagnose P&C needs and to identify interventions that address issues of retention, change leadership, employee engagement, and leadership development, partnering with other Business Partners and P&C functions as appropriate.

Who you Are:

• You have a university degree, solid HR/P&C experience in an international business environment and ideally lead a team of HR specialists.
• A person who takes genuine interest in people and creates REAL connections with the people that surround you
• An agile professional who has a strong purpose and loves to see business grow as a result of our focus on people
• Someone who demonstrated passion for coaching and mentoring other leaders and professionals and has a very high self-awareness
