Job Description:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall management of Microbial lab
- Microbial analysis of Raw materials, intermediate and finished products (RTD, Wine, juice):
- Process microbiological analysis- i.e., Process Tanks, QC Tank Final Product, Surfaces wabs, piping swabs, packaging material swabs, general process microbiology and Personnel Hygiene hand Swabs.
- Production line hygiene swabs and micro-analysis – i.e., fillers, bottles, CIP final rinsate on L1 &3, personnel hands swabs
- Finished Products Microbiological analysis – i.e., RTDs, Wines post bottling or tetra(line 1 & 3).
- Contract packaging – Tetra Pak juice routine microbiological analysis and COA development.
- Develop hygiene standards based on periodic environmental microbial analysis.
- Environmental microbial Monitoring –Cellars, Process area, Filling Area (fillers on L1 3), Water processing area, Canteen etc
- Daily water microbiological analysis- Process Water, Canteen water and Raw water.
- Bulk wine & Juice receiving- Initial micro load analysis.
- Support ILEC analysis -microbiology test.
- Ingredients micro analysis- Flavors, concentrates, colors, preservatives, stabilizers etc.
- Handling Customer/ Consumer compliant involving micro-analysis.
Qualification :
- BSC. IN MIRCOBIOLOGY (FOOD TECHNOLOGY OR BIOTECH)
