Job Description:

• As a Nurse at Lifecare Hospitals, you will be vital in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring positive outcomes. You will work collaboratively with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities or changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during procedures and examinations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe and effective patient care environment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care delivery and outcomes.
• Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and respect in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution in Kenya.
• Be registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK).
• Hold a valid practicing license issued by the NCK.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential.
