Key Responsibilities:
- Timely filing of court pleadings, applications, and miscellaneous documents.
- Follow up on decrees, hearing dates, consents, and other case-related documentation.
- File and follow up on land transfers, charges, and other registrations.
- Ensure timely service and filing of affidavits of service.
- Maintain and update the firm’s Master Diary, task tracker, and online database.
- Manage firm registries and ensure all files are up to date and properly tracked.
- Build relationships with other clerks and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Undertake office errands and any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Required Qualifications:
- 3years of experience in a similar role .
- Familiarity with court procedures and filing processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
