Duties and responsibilities
- Drafting letters, memos and circulars.
- Providing administrative support to staff in the section including reservation and receiving stationery, keeping records and monitoring consumption.
- Filing and retrieving of employee records and section files.
- Receiving job applications and compiling data for shortlisting; Inviting candidates and panelists for interviews and distributing interview packs.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
