Key Responsibilities
- Maintain updated staff records in an accurate and timely manner and ensure their safe custody
- Compile, review, inform, monitor and maintain annual staff leave schedule.
- Implementation of the various acts and laws relating to staff
- Assisting in payroll administration
- Assisting in preparing human resources data for future recruitment and performance appraisal.
- Assist in filing of office documents and coordinate office file movements.
- Assist in preparing the human resource and administration budget components for the company.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings effectively by ensuring proper setup of the meeting venues and
- reorganization of the venues, staff team building and outdoor and sports activities.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Specifications
- A diploma in human resources management.
- Membership to the Institute of Human Resource Management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimum supervision
- At least 3 years relevant-HR related work experience after graduation.
- Good Planning, interpersonal, Communication and Reporting Skills
