Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility, and feeding
- Support nurses in monitoring patients’ vital signs and general condition
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient care areas
- Assist with patient transfers and positioning
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of medical waste
- Uphold patient dignity, confidentiality, and safety at all times
- Report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team
Requirements:
- Certificate in Healthcare Assistance or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
