We’re looking for a passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations, manage a small but skilled team, and execute a high-quality breakfast and all-day menu that complements our coffee program. The ideal candidate has a modern café background, creative flair, and excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and food quality
- Develop and refine menu items with seasonal ingredients
- Manage kitchen staff scheduling, training, and hygiene standards
- Control food cost, wastage, and inventory
- Work closely with the operations and coffee teams to ensure consistent guest experience
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, HACCP standards, and supplier relations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a premium café or restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Menu development and costing experience
- Passion for quality ingredients, presentation, and consistency
- Diploma or degree in culinary arts (preferred)
