We’re hiring a Reels Content Creator to help us grow our Facebook page from 1K to 100K followers by Dec 2025 — and 1M by Dec 2026.

- Dreaded Monday mornings
- Annoying co-workers & micromanaging bosses

We want laugh-out-loud relatable content that mirrors viral trends from top pages like:
What You’ll Do:
- Create and post 6 reels per day (Mon–Sun) using repurposed trending clips, memes, cat POVs, green screen edits, etc.
- Use humor, timing, captions (like “WHEN…” or “POV:”), and sound trends to tell hilarious micro-stories
- Benchmark and model content off successful viral creators in this niche
- Avoid copyright issues using common-sense practices (e.g., green screens, transformations)
Requirements:
- Exceptional meme humor and editing sense
- Strong reel editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, mobile apps OK)
- Understanding of what goes viral on Facebook TODAY
- Self-driven with solid internet and work ethic
- Willingness to benchmark and evolve with content trends
- Must submit ONE original sample reel based on the above themes to be considered
Compensation:
- Base Pay: Ksh 15,000/month
- After Page Monetization (via Facebook’s content monetization program): 15% profit share (after core expenses like tools, FB checkmark, ads, etc.)
