Job Purpose:

• Baron Capital Limited is looking for a dedicated Executive Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for our Managing Director.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and roadworthy.
• Identify and report minor mechanical issues promptly.
• Oversee company vehicle inspections as assigned.
• Drive the Managing Director and other assigned personnel, adhering to road safety regulations and ensuring timely arrivals.
• Monitor traffic conditions and adapt routes to avoid delays.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and a friendly attitude, with availability for immediate call. 
• Uphold strict confidentiality in all matters.
• Complete assignments efficiently and on schedule.
• Assist with visa and permit applications for staff travel.
• Respond to motor accident scenes and coordinate with traffic authorities.
• Undertake special projects and additional duties as required.

Requirements:

• Valid relevant driving license
• Strong geographical knowledge of Nairobi
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Valid Certificate of Good Conduct

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of professional driving experience, preferably in an executive chauffeur role. Female applicants are encouraged to apply.
