QUALIFICATIONS
- Culinary Degree/Diploma or equivalent professional training preferred.
- Proven experience of 10 years as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within a high-end Hotel or Resort.
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service. Supervisory experience and strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must be Creative and innovative with a passion for culinary arts.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
