Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled I.T User Success role to join our team. This role involves collaborating with users to understand their requirements, providing technical guidance during system implementation, and ensuring the successful adoption and performance of IT systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud technologies.
• At least 3 years proven experience in driving successful adoption of systems and ensuring user success.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with users and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to train and support users to maximize the benefits of new systems and ensure their successful adoption.
