We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Tire Support Specialist) to join our team. This is a full-time position where you will assist consumers, tire installers, and wholesale distributors with inquiries related to specific tires or existing orders.
Role Overview
- Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails
- Provide proactive and professional customer support
- Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions
- Maintain product knowledge to ensure best-in-class service
- Explain complex processes clearly and guide customers step by step
- Compare product features to guarantee customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- 6–12 months of customer service experience
- Enthusiasm for solving complex issues
- Adaptability and versatility to daily challenges
- Retention/selling experience is a plus
- Consistent employment history
- Technically savvy – must be comfortable with current technology
- Discretion in handling confidential information
- Spanish language skills are a plus
