Customer Service Agent Job At Zurid ICT

We wish to hire a customer service agent to work at our clients location. The Client Location is Kiambu Road near Ciata Mall. The Customer service Agent should be residing or able to access the location with ease.

The candidates should have:

• Degree /Diploma in relevant field
• Should have at least 1 year experience in call centre role
• Must be eloquent and should be able to clearly train and Use ICT systems
• Should be presentable
• Should be able to attend work neatly dressed in official wear
• Should be neat and tidy
• Should be extremely panctual in work attendance
• Should be fully committed to the role and should not be employed elsewhere
• Should be able to start immediately
• Please strictly note this is entry level role , we do not wish to have over qualified candidates
• Should be willing to attend a maximum of 2 physical interviews at the client location
