As a Cosmetologist at Skin Reveal Aesthetics, you will be responsible for providing professional beauty services, including skin treatments, makeup application, and nail care. Your role will involve offering personalized consultations, recommending treatments, and ensuring that clients leave the spa feeling and looking their best. You will play a critical role in enhancing client confidence through your expertise and passion for beauty.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations to understand clients’ beauty needs, concerns, and preferences, recommending suitable services such as hair styling, skincare treatments, and makeup.
• Perform facials, exfoliation, and other skincare procedures to address specific skin issues, ensuring optimal results.
• Apply makeup for clients for various occasions, including events, photo shoots, and everyday wear.
• Provide manicure, pedicure, and other nail care services to enhance overall client beauty.
• Recommend professional beauty products for home use, promoting retail sales to help clients maintain their beauty regimen.
• Ensure that tools, equipment, and workstations are sanitized and well-maintained, adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
• Offer advice on beauty maintenance, skincare routines, and product usage for clients to follow after their treatment.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client records using the spa’s CRM system.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certificate in Cosmetology from an accredited institution.
• Certified cosmetologist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing cosmetology services in a spa or salon setting.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, and nail care techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Proficiency in maintaining client records and scheduling appointments using spa software.
