Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients interested in our unique mobile beverage service.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Create awareness in the designated market areas to attract new customers.
- Conduct research to identify trends, potential markets, and competitor activities to stay competitive.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Promote our mobile beverage service on social media platforms and other digital channels.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and fleet teams to coordinate logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for clients at events.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client engagement, and market trends for senior management.
- Share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with the leadership team.
- Research and secure venues, plan and manage events, and coordinate logistics.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and events management.
- KCSE mean grade of C plain, with 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Proven experience in sales, especially in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and alcohol products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-organized individual with numeracy skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Proactive, flexible, and resilient team player with a high level of integrity and responsibility.
