Our client, an on-demand Courier Service that delivers products ordered through their mobile app seeks to recruit a Content Agent Team Lead. He/she will be responsible for managing the content department operations.

Key Responsibilities

DUTIES/ROLES

Team Support

• Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
• Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
• Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
• Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.

Team Performance Management

• KPI Management
• Weekly Reporting to COS on KPIs
• Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
• Delegating tasks to team members.
• Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
• Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
• Conducting quarterly performance reviews   

Access Management

Agent Recruitment

• Take part in the recruitment process for the Agents
• Facilitate the departmental onboarding Process for the Team

Requirements

• Degree in marketing, or a similar field.
• At least 2 years of related experience with leadership role being an added advantage.
• Should have excellent MS Excel skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
• Good Decision-Making skills
• Attentive to details
• Creative and forward thinker
• Great Analytical skills
