Position Function:
This role is responsible for providing clerical and organizational support by managing schedules, handling correspondence, preparing documents, and maintaining files. They will serve as a central point of communication, support team members, and ensure the office runs
efficiently.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external clients.
- Administrative tasks: Perform data entry, manage databases, and conduct basic bookkeeping task.
- Office operations: Order and maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure office equipment is functioning properly.
- Document and record management: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing system.
- Undertake any other responsibilities as may be assigned.
Education & Work Experience Requirements:
- A maximum of a Diploma in secretarial studies.
- 0-3 years of working experience as an Administrative assistant.

- Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
- Organizational skills: Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
