Administrative Assistants Job At Adpak International ltd – APPLY NOW

Position Function:

This role is responsible for providing clerical and organizational support by managing schedules, handling correspondence, preparing documents, and maintaining files. They will serve as a central point of communication, support team members, and ensure the office runs
efficiently.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external clients.
  •  Administrative tasks: Perform data entry, manage databases, and conduct basic bookkeeping task.
  • Office operations: Order and maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure office equipment is functioning properly.
  • Document and record management: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing system.
  • Undertake any other responsibilities as may be assigned.

Education & Work Experience Requirements:

  •  A maximum of a Diploma in secretarial studies.
  •  0-3 years of working experience as an Administrative assistant.

Competencies:

  •  Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
  • Organizational skills: Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Problem-solving: Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Professionalism: A professional manner and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
  •  Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
  •  Customer service: Maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor, as administrative assistants often serve as the first point of contact.
  •  Attention to detail: keen attention to details.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
